Suggestions from the QM: * Stay physically active * Drink plenty of water (good for regularity) * Honey taken in the morning * Aloe supplement taken internally * Topically: Olive oil (as a base) + Vitamin E oil + Rose hip oil + 1-2 drops blue cohosh tincture, can optionally add some aloe (to calm nerve function). Apply from the back of the neck to base of the spine, 2-3 times a week, make sure to use during full moon * Topically: use Yam cream separately on occasion for hot flashes * Olive oil taken internally before bed (for digestion) * Eating yams especially yam blossoms (for hot flashes) * Teas: Wild cherry tea made from entire plant (for nerves) + Yerba Mate (for glandular function/circulation) + Raspberry leaf (hot flashes) + Sassafras/sarsaparilla. Teas should be able to be combined.
